i am wondering how the rear tail light comes off on an 85 rx7 gs
i dont see any screws or anything so i dont quite understand
if you know how to take them off and put them on then please reply. thanks

 

There's like 8 nuts on the inside behind the interior cloth. Take out the 4 screws that hold on that back cover thing (if you want to). They are the ones on the plastic piece that goes around where the rear hatch latches on. After you get that off, you will see everything behind it that you need to do to get the light out. And for everyone thats going to tell him to look in the manual, ITS NOT IN THE MANUAL!!

hit it with a hammer.

 

just grab the edges , brace your feet , and yank it off

(or you could do it the hard way and just unscrew the bolts on the back)
