Rear rotor isn't firing

I drove my car 300 miles to a race and raced it all day on sunday. It performed beautifully. I pulled it into the driveway and parked it that night and when I went to go start it up monday morning it wouldn't run right. I found out that the rear rotor isn't firing at all.

It has spark, and when I pull out the plug and turn it over I can hear and feel three pushes of air. I cleaned out the jets on the carb for that side as well. What could be the problem and how could it happen over night like this?

Nevermind, a plug for a vacuum port on the rear side of the intake manifold came out
