CA Rear Noises/vibrations

Okay so ive searched to an extent but noises/vibrations are something that comes up alot so searching IMO is pretty futile.

Heres my issue. When im driving down the road from 35mph and up my rear starts to groan something terrible. I tried turning left and right to see if the noise would go away when i turned to one side to take the load off of the wheel bearing as thats usually a pretty good indicator. Noise still holds steady. I checked the rear U joint as i thought that might be the culprit and its solid as a rock no issue with the rear u joint. I have yet to check the tranny mount or the front u joint but i hounestly dont think there my issue.

When driving at speed 40-50 mph (not precice just when i noticed this the most) and pull the car out of gear it vibrates the hell out of the shifter and i can feel it on my feet. Any idea what this whole fiasco is. I bought rear wheel bearings (one for each side) just in case this is the issue but before i go pulling my axels and getting new bearings pressed on i thought ide ask the experts.

At idle there isnt any excessive vibration clutch in/out in gear or not. And the noises dont start till 35 mph ish so im so confused

Well i was reading this http://mazdatrix.com/g2.htm (ive read it before) and the part for wheel bearing sounds about right.. But why would it just happen at a certain speed
The part about the ring and pinion is what scares me the most haha. I have a 84 GSL read end chillin in my garage but it needs to be rebuilt and was gonna swap it in a few months but this noise is startin to get really bad and im worried something might end up snappin. =/.
