Rear koni shocks ? are they rare?

I crawled under my car the past few days, as many of you know, looking for brake fluid leaks. I discovered my car has red Koni adjustable shocks . The last time i checked these shocks aren't on the Racing beat or mazdatrix anymore. Are they hard to find or NLA . So ideally I can lower my car and not pay a penny!

Is your car equipped with coil overs? The adjustments on shock control damping from soft to firm, they have no effect on ride height by themselves. Nice shocks though, about the best there is.

Ahh, I thought they controlled ride height. They go from 1-4. I found a set of two on eBay for 200$ after an hour of searching. sigh, so after these shocks go im downgrading!

I also discovered all the little plastic clips holding the muffler and piping are broken, minus the last one, Probably uses metal zip ties to fix those .

The shocks are probably mustang fox body spec shocks. Folks have been known to upgrade to them on the rear.

Little plastic clips? There are rubber isolators for mounting the exhaust if thats what you mean. Pics might help.

I use Koni Oranges as rear shocks in my FB. Direct fit and perform very well. There are the ones the Mustang fox body uses.
