Rear End / Tranny Swap from a GSL-SE to a GS

I am considering pulling the rear end and 5 speed from my 84 GSL-SE and putting it into my 84 GS. The GS is immaculate body wise versus the GSL, plus I love the color ( silver ). I had the 12a rebuilt and it has about 20,000 on the rebuild. I have been researching the possibities and the difficulty. Does any one know any little tricks to this swap?? I am assuming this is pretty much bolt-on. I am aware of the different bolt pattern versus the two( rims ). The choice I have too make is...Do I swap the entire suspension as well to get the better GSL suspension? Or is it not much different then the GS? What would you do?? The major benefit is the LSD.

the trannys are the same, the se tranny just has a little higher 5th gear.
if you want lsd pull the axles and just swap in the pumpkin, that way you wont have to swap the entire suspension for the bolt pattern.
