Buy a complete GSL rear disc brake (disc to disc) from a junkyard. otherwise, I think RE-Speed has a rear disc brake adapter plate. So here are the other parts you will need from a GSL; it doesnt matter if its small or large axle.

1. Rear rotors
2. Brake calipers/bracket.
3. Soft brake line (stainless is adviseable but not required)
3. E-brake cable (FYI: e-brake comes : from handbrake short cable with a wye at the end, 2 short cables and 2 unequal lenght cables for the calipers (this is what you will need).
4. 3/16 hard brake line or use the existing. you need a small tubing cutter and a double flare tool (harbor freight).

Mods:
remove the rear proportioning valve from the brake master cylinder. Although many have recommended, I've tried it with and without, no noticeable differences.

I've done several old school RX2 and RX-3 rear disc brake conversion so I know what it takes
