Question Rear defroster not working

It worked last winter, and suddenly it just stopped working. It haven't looked into it until now since I didn't need it all summer. The light on the dash doens't go on. The fuse is fine. I swapped switches and it still doens't work. Any ideas? TIA

Page 295 in the Haynes manual has a wiring diagram that might help you.

Get a multimeter and check for 12V between left and right coiled wires at the top of the window with the switch on. If you don't have currrent, work your way forward. Pull the switch and check for continuity with the switch on.

I have a feeling that it's the fuse. I had a tiny tiny hairline fractor in one of my fuses that kept on making my car die. It took me a couple of days to find the problem after looking at the fuse and thinking it was alright. But use a multimeter to check the tabs in the fuse box. Check the switch to see that it is all plugged in, incase you installed a stero and knocked it out accidentally. Check all possible connections for corrosion and the like. Other than that, that's my two cents.

Best of luck
