Rear coil springs
My 1985 FB has 155k miles on clock and been refurbd,my rear end is not sagging - and new shocks -Tokis blue -were put on all round not long ago,but in UK we have speed bumps and back end bottoms out something awful,so I think springs are tired.
Advice pls Can I replace just rear springs -? or shd all four be changed (R & F) Shd I go with stock (rating 80) or respeed (rating110) as per Mztrix site.
I don't really want to lower the car and I don't want a hard ride -anyone with this experience pls advise - but I do want to take two sets of scuba gear -tanks ,w'belts etc and I got those humps to do .
Anyone with some new springs lying around for sale pls reply
Thanks all

A couple of options come to mind;
a. Respeed adjustable rear perches. This will cost a bit, but gives the you ability to adjust the ride height to exactly what you need/want. You also choose exactly the spring rate you want with these, so they will fit your needs no matter what they are.
b. Tokico Illumina rear shocks. Adjust these firmer when you're carrying a load, or soften them up for a cushy ride. 5 points of adjustment, and they actually work.
c. A combination of both A and B for the perfect solution.
