Rear caliper bolt broke off, ugh

Doing my rear brakes, very rusty, had trouble on both sides due to rust, one of the dang caliper bracket bolt sheared off. Now I've got a problem, any ideas welcome.

Well really your best bet, is to drill it out and retap..... if there is still a section that you can grip with vice grips, use a torch to get it nice and hot then remove using vice grips.

i'd soak it with PB Blaster (its 100 times better than WD-40), let it sit for 15 minutes, then try to remove it. if its sheared off flush, try to drill through it (all the way if you can, it relieves outward stress on the threads) with a drill bit about 1/2 - 3/4 the diameter of the bolt. give it a little heat (if the Blaster isnt cutting it) and use an EZout. if that doesnt do it, step up the drill to the tap drill size and retap. if you're off center with the tap drill, you'll have to go oversize and use a thread insert (heli-coil). i hope this helps you!

If ya have a wire feed welder weld a nut to the broken off bolt. The heat from the weld will sometime make for an easy removal.

It has broken off below the level of the metal so I'm not able to weld, slot or attach anything to the threaded section.
