Rear brake dust cover rubbing

Rear brake dust cover rubbing
So I swapped out my Konig Rewinds for some FC phone dial rims. The rears seem like the rim is rubbing the top of the dust cover around the rotor. Should I take them off or could I just grind it down a little.
