Looks like that's the intake manifold o-rings. You'll need a new pair along with a new intake manifold gasket.

mazdatrix should sell the gaskets...

http://www.mazdatrix.com/c-2.htm

that's the link.

I already sent you a pm suggesting it's the intake mani, so get yourself a gasket and get running again. Just pull the intake manifold/carb as a unit and get those puppies overnighted or something.

Good luck!

1) They should ship overseas, it'll just cost more to get it there quickly. They come pretty highly recommended by rotary folks.

2) O-rings are futher down the page

You can remove the intake manifold with the carb still on it. Once it's out, it should become pretty obvious if the gasket is any good.

If you don't have the emissions removed, there's no time like the present Click my sig to show you the way. (it also makes it easier to remove the carb should you ever want to).

True, there shouldn't be a big difference in price between Mazda and Mazdatrix's prices.

Cant really tell by the photo, but I assume you mean where the intake manifold meets the motor. Id say if thats where the coolant is puddling up, Id say its one of the manifold O rings

what size are the O rings ? he may be able to buy some in Greece , Viton O rings are pretty common

then it would be just a case of making a new gasket using some gasket material and the old one as a guide (or the manifold)

on getting parts in europe , is anyone taking a trip over to the UK in the near future I could do with some bits

Can you get a money order and send it to Mazdatrix instead of paying with your credit card?

yes but I was thinking more of the savings to be made on shipping

Don't worry I can get the bits I need from Rotechnics as they are an RB dealer ... they just charge about 1.5 times more
