oh i know, it's just gotten progressively worse each step closer i got. and now i really dont understand why it won't crank. hahaha, float levels are good, fuel pressure is good, it's all getting spark. it sounds like its gonna fire up but won't i'm sure a good push start would solve this, but i really dont have an area to try that.

Are you still having probs with the fuel pressure? If so, check to MAKE SURE that you dont have the inlet and outlet on the FPR mixed up.
A couple days ago I couldnt get my pressure to go below 9psi. I got extremely mad but then found out that my FPR was hooked up backwards.
Sorry thats all i have to offer

yea it's been deflooding for atleast an hour now. Ryan; you can't really get the inlet/outlet wrong on the mallory 4309. you have 4 holes to do whatever you want with. we'll see how this goes in about another hour or so? haha

it fired up guys! WOOT! got a really bad exhaust leak where the flange spaces out the turbo. i dont know why either. it's all damn tight. car is psyhcoticly loud! thanks leak, :/ oh well, it cranks and idles. but has no throttle response, probably due to the major *** exhaust leak.

i have similar problem too with my mallory 4309 regulating the fuel from a mSD pump. The fuel pressure stayed at 8-9 PSI. I cant increase nor decrease the pressure. So Im sending it back to Summit.
For now, Im using my old holley FPR (1 in + 2 out). used one outlet as return. On the other, I installed a "T" to install a FP gauge.
