what I meant was that its not straight perhaps? so the spring slides a tad? the welds are good

Cant say I have ever seen anything like that. I would look elsewhere, I don't think the spring will cause that.

If you are running a lot of camber, then it will tend to pull as you go over irregularities on the road surface. At least, that is what I have found. Leaving the race last weekend, I didn't bother to set the camber back from max, and when I hit the road the crown on the road was causing the car to feel very nervous and pulling all over the place once I got up to speed. Setting the camber back to my "daily driving" setting fixed this.

However, my alignement was done in my garage by "eyeballing" it, so my issues may lie elsewhere.
