RB SP exhaust, can you block the 6 port actuators?

RB SP exhaust, can you block the 6 port actuators?
Can you just block off the 6 port actuator thing on the SP exhaust for GSL-SE's and have it work just fine on a 4 port 13b?

Should be able to - but are the exhaust ports the same configuration in the 4-port 13B as the 6-port?
