rb presilencer, need a measurement,help!

Does anyone have a rb presilencer sitting around? I'd like to know the lenght end to end (not including studs) and whether it looks like it is straight. I'm trying to get a cat fabbed up so that I can run the RB header with a cat that i can swap in and out.

Thanks,

Alvin

If I remember correctly it is 20". You will actually mount the flanges for the cat onto pieces of pipe and not actully on the cat. These will then slide into the inlet/outlet sections of the cat giving you the ability to easily adjust your cat length by 2". Once installed you can clamp the connections.

cool, thanx, I was actually going to have the pieces welded (i'm not a big fan of exhaust clamps) I just need to have a cat in there because of cali smog... I'm just going to pick up the end flanges from rb and have the exhaust shop weld it all up.

Thanks again!

In process of installing mine now. 20 3/8" to be exact. That is for a '84-'85 one, not sure if all years are the same.
