rb intake and edelbrock carb

what can i expect from this setup. I searched and got holleys all day long. And with my own experinces on v8s the edelbrock offered more torqe than the holley would this be the same with rotoy 12a i have. And what kind of gains can i expect from this setup as in hp numbers.

yes this can be done and with great success. the few people that have run edlebrocks usually have less trouble than all the holley guys. they are great "out of the box" carbs

Search for Carter AFB. Its pretty much exactly the same carb as an Edelbrock. Rototiller1 has an excellent writeup on the tuning for a 625cfm Carter AFB on a stock 12A with automatic tranny.
