RB front swaybar rubbing tire??

Wondering if anyone has this happen to them? 85SE with stock rims and tires. When I turn my wheel all the way to the right, my front passenger side tire inner side would rub against the sway bar and the same thing happens when I turn all the way to the left except the front driver side tire inner side would rub against the sway bar. Did I install the sway bar wrong?????

Does this happen when the car is in the air (on jack stands) or when the car is on the ground and is setting on the ground?

I have the Eibach swaybar and it rubs also. I wouldn't worry about because you hardly turn all the way right or left.

There are stops that threaded out a little bit to keep the front tires from rubbing. I did it on my AutoX car with Eibach fat bar. Its located on the steering arm nuckle, takes few turns with a wrench to restrict the tire travel and keep you from rubbing. Drive up on some ramps so the with on the car in on the front tire to adjust correctly.

You are right. I just thought if anyone else experience this rubbing with any aftermarket sway bars.
Thanks.................
