RB Flywheel.

Will an 86 N/A aluminum flywheel from RB work in an 84SE? I called RB, but the guy said he wasn't sure and his boss wasn't there at the moment. I thought the only difference was the counterweight. Also, the aluminum flywheel from RB is said to be 12lbs. That's with the counterweight, right? Isn't the flywheel itself about 8 or 9 lbs?

Thanks,

Mike

Only difference is the counterweight. You just need an early 13B couterweight, and you'll be in business.

You are fully correct. Get a '76-'85 rear counterweight (it says 1029A or 29 usually).
