RB anti-roll bar problem +

If anyone has bought the rear adjustable anti roll bar for the FB. I am having a problem with the end link stud. With all the kit hardware and the bushing cups and the chassis mount components, there isn't enough room left on the stud for the final bushing cup and jam nut. Am I doing this right? Also if anyone knows a place I can get a decent set of fender flares for the FB, I'd really appreciate it.

thanks

Fender flares from a mid 80s VW cabrio will fit with very little trimming.

I'm looking for something more like the rivet on style, like old datsun 240z's and the like. CP Racing made them for the FB but im pretty sure they went under late last year.
