Has anyone got any "tricks of the trade" to remove the rain gutters?

I know where they clip on, but I don't feel like breaking them when I pulled the old suckers off to do some body work. Any suggestions are appreciated.

 

are you speaking from the gutter that rings the top of your roof? where the hell would you what to do that?

Exactly what I meant....

I got a bit of rust around the rear part of it and need to remove it to get at it properly.

 

I didn't know they came off.
