Radio problems

ok well some idiot connected my battery wrong and shorted out one of the wires, everything looks okay except for the radio which will not turn on (it is an aftermarket radio), the fuse in the fusse box for the radio keeps shorting out when i replace it, any ideas on what might be going on?

Sounds to me like you have a short, I'd start at the back of te radio and go from there may be as simple as a striped wire.

Or check if there's a fuse in line on the power wire from the stereo.
