radio bezel removal

All right I've searched the archives for 30 mins and can't find the answer so here's the question. I'm replacing the stock stereo, how does the bezel/face plate come off?

Thanks for the hints, to answer my own question, remove the ashtray, if you have an automatic, with a putty knife pry up the gear indicatior, this will allow you access the two screws at the bottom of the bezel. Remove the two screws, remove the climate control ***** and nuts behind them, then with the putty knife, pry off the bezel.
