Radiator specs?

Hey all. I'm about to get a new radiator of my 85 GSL-SE, and I already trashed my old one, I just have one problem. I didn't get the exact size of it if anyone know the size( hight x width x thickness) that would be awesome. I'm looking at getting this one, but I'm not sure if it'll work. I don't really trust ebay, but can't afford much more. http://www.ebay.com/itm/260975565826...84.m1438.l2649

As a note, I am going to be running an electric fan so I'm not to worried about the clearance of it being a 3 row. it would still be nice to know all the dimensions. thanks in advance for any help i get

I can't answer your specific questions, but that is a "short" radiator for 79-82. You need a "tall" radiator for your GSL-SE.

hmmm.... whats the big difference other then mine being taller? would a short one still fit? I have looked on ebay and they all seem to be short, that are in my price range. I'm thinking as long as it mounts up right I'm not to worried about loosing an inch or 2 as it is aluminum and a 3 row. that would more then make up for the loss of height, right? If I have to do some fab for the mounting I'm ok with that.

Replaced my radiator last weekend and I still have the old one in the garage. The core is 22" wide and 17" tall. Overall the radiator is 21" tall including the tanks.

A short radiator will work just fine, you may have to use an early lower rad hose. I have used the short, cheap, aluminum ebay radiator (same as what you linked) on two different cars and it worked wonderfully. Other users have installed that same rad with success as well.

the correct radiator for your car is available from Rock Auto for only $20 bucks more than that ebay one
