Radiator and Cooling System Capacity

I'm in need of changing my coolant in my 79 before the cold hits hard tomorrow.

I don't know how much coolant the cooling system will hold. can anyone help me out?

I read through the cooling system section in the FSM for the 1980 RX-7 and I can't find an ammount All I'm seeing is 50/50 coolant/demineralized water...

On my SE, I do a gallon af coolant and fill the rest with distilled. A gallon of each is enough on mine.

FSM sez 10 US quarts INCLUDING HEATER - not likely to get it all out, but best way to get most:
-disconnect bottom rad hose from rad
-make sure you remove the 14mm bolt on center housing to drain block - below dip stick assy and just above oil pan edge
Once you have filled as much as it will take, make sure you run it to warm-up temp then re-check level - don't forget to 1/2 fill overflow tank
-50/50 should be plenty
