Racing beat VS Bonez air filter assemblies
Why don't you make your own bonez style arifilter. Cut out a circuler peice of aluminum, dril a hole in the middle, insert a bolt, and replace your exsisting lid on airfilter asembly.
Cost $3, hp gain: same as Bonez ( if you get a K&N airfilter)

For reference, I connected the outlet hole on the assembly to the only line that had vacuum. The other hoses all connected to the air pump and smog components from what I saw. I am super happy with the filter as the car drives a lot smoother now. The car felt like it was running rich and this intake seemed to lean things out with how good the throttle response and cruising improved.

Wow, you really brought back an old thread from the dead - 19 years between the last reply and yours, that's got to be a record.
According to Racing Beat's site: "There is no provision for emission control valve hose/air pump hose connections on this assembly; however, there is a position available to connect a crankcase breather tube if needed." So if you want to avoid the build up of oily foam in the oil filler tube you can connect a hose from the port on the side of the oil filler tube to that port on the air filter canister.
Since I went with a different filter assembly I just used a one-way check valve and a hose from the oil filler tube port to the vacuum port on the bottom of the intake manifold under where the shutter valve used to be.

Yes, resurrection from the dead thread -lol. So far the car is running good but it is evident that it needs a carb rebuild as taking off from a stop requires to rev up to at least 2k to get going so the engine doesn't sputter and die.
I replaced all the vacuum line with new silicone ones when I first got the car. I could not find a leak or could not hear any hissing sounds to make me believe I have a vacuum leak. I did a full tune up on the car as I believed it was either a clogged fuel filter or worn out spark plugs. The tune up helped at full throttle and regular highway driving. However, at a dead stop - i have to play around with the gas pedal to get the car going so it won't stall.
