Exclamation Racing beat Race headers.

Will they work fine on a stock port 12a ( eventually to get ported). Is there any more power to be gained using racing headers over the "streetable" ones?

Yea, Is there??????

I have an SP and Im tired of the ol mani. I think the only difference would be that you have to do more custom work to get an exhaust.

doesnt the block off plate go behind the intake to prevent the m4d EGR action?

there's probably a little more hp to be gained by going with the sp system, but at $200+ more, I'd just go with the "streetable" setup... unless you have money to burn

well its cheaper than the streetable one .

streetable = 225
racing = 209 ( im guessing its cheaper since it fits more applications.

Technically it's not a header because these engines don't have heads. The aussie types call them extractors. I call it a header.

how does the racing "extractor" mount up with the rest of the system then? isn't it dual outlet?

The stock port system will yeild better low end and will choke off the top end, specailly in a ported application. If you like to rev high, then just buy the SP system, whether your ported or not. I used the SP system on my IT car and even though its stock ported, it ran great. It was funny, my car was the quietest according to sound control at 84db! Imagine a rotary being the quietest car on the track with GT2, GT3, IT, EP, SPO, SPU, SM cars out there.

Oh and PS- it wasnt slow.
