Is this a Racing Beat Holley?

I'm about to purchase this Holley 465 but the seller isn't 100% sure if it's a Racing Beat tuned Holley. Not sure if there's a way to tell the difference so I have a few photos. If someone knows that would be super awesome!

It has an OMP lifting lever off of the throttle shaft. It is a Racing Beat!
