Racing Beat Exhaust

What system is better? The 81-82 has header-pre silencer-dual pipe-dual pipe collected into single muffler. The 84-85 has header-pre silencer- single pipe all the way back to muffler. Thanks for any opinions.

There is no difference in gain of hp between the 2. The earlier version just happens to have different style pipe between the pipe and muffler. If you are going to have the motor ported then you would use the street port system with twin pipes and silencers. rx7doctor

well, if you have access to the different center pipes, then i'd get the single since performance is the same, just because it's like 40 dollars cheaper.
