ok i just got my gsl running first time in oh id say over a month now. she wont start on her own though. what can it be. fuel pump not send fuel? always the same thing carb is f#cked? i know the carb is leaking even worse but i need to try and make sure this car will work. hey sterling and carl, i got 2 nikkis any chance on a discount? pm me im up to nego on anything.

she eats batterys cuz i need to sit there and try startin gher for like 15 mins, try and nothing , try and nothing, try and oh **** finally, i think that prob is from the carb leaking gas and its leaking even more gas than b4. leaks from float bowls i think

I had a leak from my carburetor (major, bad style) and it started better than when it doesn't leak O_O
Try just getting a new starter (OEM) from a junkyard or something. If nothing else, if you have access to another seven, try putting your starter in THAT one, and see if it works. Of course, that other seven has to be in good, running condition

If he keeps saying fuel is leaking from the carb, majorly as he said, then all the batteries and starters in the world won't get that damn thing started. You need to get the carb problem in order before you drive it again. Leaking lots of fuel from the carb is a major fire hazard. geesh......
