Quick Question / Heater Hose / Coolant Flush

When I read my manual about the coolant flush it's all simple. Except one thing, where is the heater hose to attach a water hose to run water through.
Is it the driver side one on the firewall next to the passenger side one?
That's all I need to know.

I'd run it both ways. There are two copper lines coming out of the firewall. Run the hose through both of them for a good flush.

And both ways will get the whole system clean correct?

Better off, if someone listed the steps of the quickest way to do a coolant flush on the 12a would be awesome. With the heater core flush as well. I'm limited to 2 hours in a warm garage so that's why I need the quickest way lol

First remove the 14mm drain bolt at the base of the intermediate iron. Remove the radiator cap and stick a garden hose into the radiator filler. Run straight hose, no attachments, you just want a constant flow of clean water. Idle the car while doing this for a few minutes. Turn the car off, un hook the heater core hoses and run high pressure hose water (with nozzle attachment) through both ways of the heater core. Hook it all back up, drain the water, reinstall the drain bolt, fill it with 1 gallon 100% antifreeze, 1 gallon distilled water, then start it up. While squeezing the hoses to burp air out occasionally pour a bit of 100% antifreeze into the filler and the over flow so they are at the full marks. Once the air bubbles stop and your levels are full, drive it around the block. You may get a low coolant warning. Drive back home and carefully (with several rags over the radiator cap) remove the cap slowly and pour more 100% antifreeze in. Repeat until the coolant buzzer goes away.

AND - make sure you have the INTERIOR heater setting to HOT so the water can actually circulate thru the heater....

Finished the job today, was a piece of cake besides the heater hoses being hard as hell to take off.
