quick carb help

I just got my used engine in, and its looking pretty good except on the carb, the fuel return line is snapped off, i really don't want to switch carbs, what can i do about this?

and if i do have to switch back to my origional stock carb, how long and how hard is it? looks like there is alot of crap on there

Remove the fuel fittings and replace the broken piece with one from another carb.

The return fitting comes off with the first bolt (12MM IIRC).
