questions about air/water intercooler for a atkins 7in

I am setting up my supercharger air, water intercooler. Which will sit under my atkins 7in. The intercooler part is 2 small spearco air/water cores with a custom endtank.

Now for the front mount water cooler.
I was looking at this huge tranny cooler.
tranny cooler

its 10x21x4 with its own mini electic fan, i think it should be sufficent

what kind of pump should i use. I was thinking a low flow low pressure fuel pump.

and, what should I use as coolant? strait water with allittle antifreez, 50/50 coolant, atf?

Ok, so with a water/air intercooler, you have an intercooler thats cooled by water, but the water has to have its own cooler also? That makes sense, but it seems like a lot more work that what it might be worth, although I dont really know...

Oh, and Im sure you dont want to run straight water, that would not only freeze in low temps, but would get hot WAY too easily. Id suggest running something similar to what the engine uses...Hell, why not just duct some engine coolant off the lower hose of the radiator after its been cooled, and have that cool your water/air intercooler. Put another little pump in there or something and I bet that might work. Plus you wouldnt have to add two additional coolers, just the water/air cooler .

cuz that is still hotter than the intake temps. way hotter.

A air to water intercooler can actually drop the intake temp to abient or even lower if you use ice water (drag only)

I would think it would be easier because you dont have to route intercooler pipes.

lets say I use 75% water and 25% coolant. Can i use a fuel pump or where can I get a small 12v water pump to run this. I would rather not have TWO loud *** carter pumps on my car, one is bad enough as it is.
