Question's about a 1984 RX7

So FINALLY!!! After checking Craigslist for the past 2 1/2 years, a guy locally is selling a '84 Rx7 for a really good price. My Old fb is some rust problems that I was going to take care of my cutting out and placing new metal but with this find, it'll be alot cheaper pending when I actually get to check it out.

So my questions are ,due to my location where exposure to salt is very minimal unless this dude left it in the rain and metal had already been exposed. Does the FB's have a reputation to build rust in certain area's?? For example, the Subaru impreza models (1996-1999/2000) are notorious to having rust build in the fender well because I guess subaru didnt spray that portion with a protectent.

Ill try to call the guy tomorrow to setup an appointment to check out the car. The car was in storage but i dont know how long so ill find out tomorrow. Wish me luck fellow FB'ers(Not Face booker's lol)

front and rear wheel wells, under the storage bins especially. control arm mounts, hatch channel, metal under the hatch seal, door bottoms, and around here, the gas tank, lol.
