Question for Sa owners..

What side is your hood prop on and what is your manufacture date?

Kory's 79 Sa , MFR date 7-78. My 79 Sa, MFR date 4-79..

Kory's is on the passenger side, mine is on the driverside like all Fb's....

Which models came with the speaker on the passenger side dash?

9-78 pass side.
mine was the base, base model.
no pass. side rearview mirror, 2 spoke wheel, no dead pedal, only ashtray on center console, no electric hatch release. it has the grill but no speaker.
i thought the grill was an sa thing and they did away with it on the s2.

Sounds like the hood prop was a early thing and they decided that people did not want to release their hood, hang onto it then run around to the other side before it dropped, lol.
