This one's for Felix or for those who know...

I was poking through Felix's FAQ when I ran across a note on the Throttle Return Springs. My question is on the safety spring and exactly where it is located. I think I know which one it is but I want to be sure - just want to make sure mine's not set up wrong. Felix, if you get a chance, please pass on a little more detail.
