Question for engine builders

Hello fellow 7 owners, I am getting ready to build a 13b for my 1984 GSL-SE and will be posting a build-up within the next couple of weeks. I have no motor to start with so I am piecing everything together on my own. I have all the internals for a 84-85 -SE 13b except the eccentric shaft. I have an e-shaft out of a 94' in good shape, can I use it in this motor ? If I use it will I need to change anything else such as bearings, thrust plate/bearing, end spacer ? Thanks for the help !! -Gabe

yes provided its straight.

the FD got a bunch of little upgrades like the multi window bearings, the larger thrust bearings, and higher oil pressure

all of these are worth doing and if you're buying new parts anyways its not more moneys
