question on a/c line removal or plugging

question on a/c line removal or plugging

k guys i just finished ripping apart my whole car its a 85 glu. 12A motor btw. i took out the whole dashboard all the way to the frame, then i removed the air pump the thing in front of radiator and all lines in the engine bay. now my question is the center piece of the dashboard goes through the firewall and connects to some lines, doing a search i found out they are hardlines but nobody replied on how to get them off or plug them up can you plz help me thanks in advance

NOTE: AESmaster said "What EXACTLY can you use to plug the two hard lines in the firewall?" but there is no reply, again sorry if this is a repost

Autozone has rubber caps in big sizes for plugging stuff like that Check there.... I have a friend that has a few of them on his mustang...
