First off, the 2nd gen rear-end won't fit on a 1st gen without major modification. Use the rear from an GSL-SE if you can (most start with this car, so that makes it a bit easier)

For the rest..... I wish you luck. Start by reading the sticky at the top of this forum, on putting a TII 13B into 1st gen. As far as ECU's are conserned, you can pick up a fair number of different ones for 1300. I'd look into what local tuners are using, and work with them to get your ecu, and get it tuned right. As far as what alot of people doing a similar swap are running; Haltech, and Microtech seem to be popular, among others.

if you're worried about the turbo, just slap it on and intercool it, get an intercooler off of an old isuzu pup from a junk yard (about $165-$200), best small intercooler ever made...as for the rear end, someone's jerking your chain...you have a first gen rear end, 13b's trannies will line up with 12a's..so you probably have a 12a tranny and EVERYTHING is proibably 12a in it.

yea guys im going all out on this one, all drag baby!!! anyways my buddy who has his own shop (hey used to work for mazda back in the day) and has worked on more rx7s then you could believe. he has rotary parts randomly placed everywhere in his shop. he also has some buddies that can do all the fab work i need. actually i think im changing my mind an slapping on a t88 (only like 2 grand) with a spearco intercooler, should be pretty damn quick. well i still have that question about the manifold which one will bolt up to the t76 or t88 (gotta make up my mind) without having to fab an adapter plate.

mani is short for manifold. you can get a custom turbo manifold made up for around 400 bucks is what i meant. as for titanium seals, all i have to say is uhhhhhhhhhhhhh. im no expert though, so ignore my uhhh. bad *** fuel system is a must though.

and yes "the artistformerly known as sorrow" compairing a pup and an npr is like compairing a flathead v8 and a 428, i know this. you are correct, and kick *** at the internet
when you said sorry game over you reminded me of that realllly annoying weakest link lady. just thinkin of that stupid troll makes we wanna break ****

i think you gona have to get the manifold custom made or at least get a adapter plate fabed up..

it sounds like u want a pre made mass produced manifold to bolt straight up to them turbo's, in that case try kmart's auto section...

the most common answers are:
wifes, children, sorry (or no) job, and lack of time
but other than that we have no real excuses

titanium apex seals right........ uhmmm...... most go carbon, or if you've got really deep pockets, get ceramic seals. At least thats what I'd do, if I had money coming out my ears. And as for being cheap...... just wait a couple of months, these type of projects usually start out seemingly cheap, but get magnitudes more expensive before the projects finished.
