Question About Spring Rates And Such

so I have a question, I upgraded my 1979 to GSL-SE spindles and TII brakes up front, I reused the 1979 springs, but I am wondering if the gsl-se springs would be a better choice.

is the spring rates different,

1979 with 12a no power anything

or

1985 GSL-SE 13b with ac and power steering..

does anyone know

I have not seen anything that list different rate from SE to non-SE. The stock springs are always listed as 100# rate.

THATS KINDA WHAT i THOUGHT, AS PER "NAPA" ONLINE CATALOG, IT LISTS ONE SPRING FROM 1979-1985..

JUST THOUGHT THAT THE GSL-SE MIGHT HAVE BEEN LOWERED FROM THE FACTORY OR SOMEHTING LIKE THAT.

You can get Racing Beat replacement springs if you want to go cheap. If you do any sort of racing, or plan to in the future, then talk to Billy (Bwaits) about coilover options (still pretty cheap). I recently got a set, and they are damn sexy.
