Ooohhh... NOW finally I get it! I was thinking that you took a sunrrof and frame and somehow dropped them in. In fact, you took the ENTIRE Roof -- sunroof and all -- and welded it in!

This one is a little ...no, a lot... over my skill level! Since a sunroof is a must, I think I'll be passing on that nice GS I had my eye on, unless I can find an acceptable aftermarket roof. I don't have high hopes for that though...

Mike, that's a great offer. Very kind of you! This forum is great -- a lot of decent folks out here, helping out to do the rex right.

Right now, the potential Rex is on the east coast, I'm in Michigan, and you are in Kentucky. Do you pick up and deliver?

I will keep you posted. Many thanks for all the info and the offer!!

Chickens LOL

Ever seen what a body shop does when they get a new car in there, that has frame damage?

Thats pretty scarey, get it on the frame rack and start pulling on it, makes some god aweful noises and if you go to far, you worse off than you were before

Id much rather do 3 of these sunroof in a 7 in a row than do 1 quarter panel, the quarter panel is a PAIN IN THE ***, yes I have done 1
