punk *** kids
I guess i can't talk too much about punk *** kids as i'm only 19, but i've got a good story for ya'll. I was working at the local movie gallery in the craptacular 16000 person town of Ketchikan Alaska where life consists of rain and trees. I had just bought my 83 rx7 from a dude that brought it up from washington 3 days before the fateful day.
While i was working my coworker is going out to grab something out of his car and stops at the door and says "holy **** mike i just saw some kid skateboard on your car". I looked over and saw this punk *** 16 year old kid hop off of the hood on his board. I punched out of work and went outside and saw 4 big *** dents on the hood of my until then totally dent free car. One of the 5 kids that was there saw me come outside and they started ducking behind cars (mind you i'm 6'5 280 pounds and the biggest of these kids is about 6'0 185... maybe) so i walk over the the entrance of safeway and see the kids come around the corner. I went into a blind rage, forgetting that they were all minors and grabbed the one that did it by his neck and started dragging him back to my baby. he tried to break out of my grip by pushing me so i punched his retarded *** directly in the mouth and left big *** toothmarks in my knuckles. He stumbled back a few feet then yelled to his buddy to hand him his board so they can get out of there, whatever lol, i grabbed his skinny 16 year old *** by his neck and proceeded to beat the living **** out of him for about 2 minutes, i beat his head against a pole, i wailed on his kidney, i dropped him on the ground and kicked him in the ribs, pretty much wrecked the little bastard. 2 guys i just helped at work came up and told me to get off of him and call the cops as they knew what was going on. I didn't know the ******* name at this point, but luckily a chick i knew was sitting right there and told me his name. I went back to work, called the cops, they came over, took pictures of the dents, took a picture of where he actually knicked me on the cheek and where his buddy clocked me with the skateboard on the side. Once i told them my name and the name of the kid they laughed. My uncle is head of juvenile probation for the city i'm in and the kid has been on parole since 14 years old. I sued his *** for the 1400 dollars in damages and am waiting for the resolution hearing 2 weeks from now.
Moral of the story, if a dumbass kid screws your hood up, beat the **** out of him, sue him, and have a friend of yours thats a minor beat his *** a few days later (yes, i stooped that low, this kid is a *****). Also he has been violating the restraining order that comes with his lawsuit by mouthing off every time he sees me (extremely small town) and i've been calling his p.o. every time he does, his p.o says a few more complaints from me and he'll get locked up until the trial date.
Just had to make my story known and show the love that i have for my rx7, risked charges for assaulting a minor to defend my beautiful copper colored rotary powered beautiful baby. Now thats love

If this is a true story, and I doubt it, then you are the one who needs to be sued and locked up. You sound like a violent punk kid yourself that's spent too much time playing video games. There are more civilized and legal ways to settle problems of this sort, maybe you will be lucky enough to survive long enough to learn about them.

But a Beatdown on a regular basis for a punk kid is something that will make him change his ways!!!
In this case, the fact that it's a small town works well in your favor. I'd definitely work on getting this kid locked up. Besides he's only gonna grow up to rape/kill/rob people anyway. He needs some lockdown to hopefully straighten him out while he is still young.

ray does have somewhat of a point, but i disagree with him. haha. since im somewhat of a punkass 16 year old myself, i know the only way to get a kid to behave is beat the **** out of him. **** it works for me. . but ya. i would have been disapointed if u didnt kick his ***. hell u should beat the hell out of them all! people should know not to **** with 7's. thats a death sentence!

I was going to keep it to myself, but now that Ray has started it, I have to agree. Beating the hell out of someone does no good...it just perpetuates the notion that violence is the solution to problems...it is not. Yea, I'm an old fart with a different perspective than most on this forum, and yea, I've never been big enough or tough enough to be a fighter, but I never have been able to understand the purpose.
Not trying to start some big argument, just my $0.02.

I have no problem with you beating his ***, But in a lot of places it would have gotten you arrested for assult on a minor. You got off cause he already had a record.

in my opinion you had every right to beat the **** out of him. my car is my child to me and the last ****** that so much as lifted my car cover got a dead leg and i buried his face into a gravel driveway. i caught my rice burner neighbor breaking into my passenger side door trying to steal my new radiator and i smashed him in ribs with a bat. anyone who might go so far as to steal my car better have an appatite for hollow tips.

You have every right to beat the **** out of him, I would be dissappointed if the story didn't end that way. Kids like that need to be taught a lesson looks like his parents don't beat his ***. When I was young if I would have done something like that my *** would still hurt 15 years later. Sound like his parents really don't give a **** what he does by the record he has already or they are just like him,
a waste. I had a T-bird SC when I was younger and it was vandalized If I ever saw who did that I would have put them in the hospital and never thought twice about it I'm lucky my 7's have never been touched.Ray and everyone else that says to handle it different must never had anything damaged by someone that is a waste to society they have nothing to loose and don't give a **** taking legal action does not work with people like that. I agree on the beat down. People need to learn to respect others property. This kid would have been back the next night doing the same thing if you just yeld at him. Beast you got me by 3", but I'm tipping the scales at 290 now a days. Still in college football shape! Oh, yeah I fit in the 7 real nice , even with some knee room.

Well, I'm 280, 6 foot 5, and started in the chase
I ran up to the Safeway, and there began my race
A blind rage overcame me, yeah, I know they’re minors now
But I grabbed him by his scrawny neck and dragged him like a plow
I beat his head against a pole and wailed on his kidney
Then dropped him to the ground, and gave him a rib injury
A chick I know was sittin' there and told me of his name
Went back to work, I called the cops, and finally they came
My uncle's head of "juvi" for the city and I'm told
That kid’s been on parole since he was just 14 years old
I sued the kid for 1400, (dollars) now I wait
To see if I'll recoup my loss, and he will lose his "skate"
So moral of the story? If a kid screws up your hood
Just beat the sh*t out of him, and that will teach him good

Small town luck.
Be careful. I'm from a small town. We used to beat the **** out of each other for fun and if you got mad at someone then you beat the **** out of them. I moved to the city, Atlanta, and the first ***** I beat the hell out of threw my *** in jail. $5000 bail to get out. No that's not a typo. I was only there for 10 hours, but still. Everyone told my parents it would be like 500 to get out, no one thought 5000. **** Cobb County. Luckily, I got a good lawyer and got out of everytihng and even my record cleared. I was 19 when that happened. All I'm saying, be careful. Anger Managment SUCKS!
