Pump diaphragm all the way out????

Well before the car was just hesitating really bad put now it just revs like it at full throttle. Did the acc. pump go out completely? Or is it a bigger problem. Please let me know ASAP because I need this car.
Thanks

I know how you feel, dude. But you WILL NOT be able to pump that diaphragm out. I'm just telling you, it can not be done.

She'll have to remove it just like it went in... from the front side.

Be careful out there !

Is this a carbed rex? Can you be more specific, like what RPMs does it rev to, what conditions, etc. History?
If it has a carb, I'd say you have a linkage problem. Almost sounds like a busted return spring, but that's unusual, and that's from the info you gave so far.
If not, then check that your cables and linkages for binding.
