Didn't know one needs to remove the rear wheels to pull the engine. Learn something ew everyday. Blipping the air gun frequently helps too, lol.

OK CJ, how do you do it? I don't have that fancy set up Matthew has and I need to pop two good 12As out of my back yard lawn ornaments in the next few weeks. I was going to put up some 4x4 posts, a cross member and use a come along to get it up above the engine bay. Then put some planks across the bay, lower the engine off the come along and it's all down hill from there. Any better idea?

And yes, how much does a 12A weigh, if you take off the accessories?

Nice work Matt, the real time video sets a new standard.

So about 200 lbs. It should be a piece of cake with a come along hung on some 4x4 posts and a cross member. It's off to home depot I go.

Two guys can pickup a bare engine. I suggest taking off everything if you want to do it by hand. A winch and tree limb will pull it right out.

Ray: the shop is nice but not really needed, Two jack stands in the yard works just fine.

I am glad people enjoyed the cam, I hope to get one setup perminate and announce a bit before we do stuff like this.

Next will be pulling the one in the wifes 83LE and then putting this one in it.
