I'm a ford freak from the very start..looks very good .
what is that ?? a warmed over 1970 302..you can tell
the years by the ford numbers,,C means 60's and D means 70's, so a C60000 means 1966,,and D10000
means 1971,,if you didn't know..Question..oil pan.
rear sump ?? and you may want to use a remote oil
filter.I hope you go T5 too..Hooker,,the header people
make all sorts of stuff for conversions like what you've done..and trans dapt makes stuff too...i see headers,,
with the 1st gens fuel tank makes duel exhuast out
the back rough...maybe dumps at the rear axle.or
right in front of the rear wheels...when you go for a
exhuast system make sure you get an EQ tube
connecting both sides right after the collectors. so it
sounds even,,i would also say get a mallory duel point
dizzy..and buy accell points there better..i see a duel
plane intake ??? or single ?? what size holley ???or
is that the new edlbrocks..what size,,cfm,, cam shaft,,
solid,,hydro,,??the picture clearly shows just how long
the ford small block really is..the timing cover and water
pump make them that way vs chevy's...i like it.and it looks like your doing it right..more POWER,,ha.ha. to ya.

That is one clean engine bay, but do I sense valve covers? Why would you weld those onto a rotary motor! Lookin nice for a conversion! Actually, I won't get all anti V8 on you. Power is power in my book. And I'll agree with the sentiments of more rotary cores in circulation. But, hey! Props to you for keeping things clean. Keep us posted on everything. It is one thing to see a modded car, but a totally different thing to see a well modded car that is clean to boot!

Chris,
Just the guy with one of those darn stock Wankels!

All I did was reverse the crossmember in the engine bay and got a double sump oil pan from a fox body mustang.
