By the way, the shield on the picture that has a step on the edge (the one with 2 shields) is your low beam.

My guess is the original poster got old and retired working on 7s? This interesting thread is 7 years old.

These type of projects are often sidetracked, shelved or abandoned.

My guess is he hit an obstacle, or got involved in other things.
