Project Cosmo update XVII - in the engine bay pix!
Well after much delay its in, the block and tranny are there to stay everything else I'm just "test fitting". So close. wiring is 90% done, fuel is 90%,
I got more polishing to do and need to finish making mounts for the intercooler and rad, then hack up the intake tubes and another ten thousand little things.
I could have it running this weekend, I have everything I need but I got a few little, did i say "LITTLE" changes? hehe. never ends.....
Even got the "almost new" fully rebuilt steering box in there, its nice!
Sorry for the small camera phone piux, I got high quality ones from my regular camera I'll just wait till im done for the whole set... consider these more teasers..

looking good Max.
What kind of HP are looking to get out of the Hybrid. And what Injector combination wiil you be Using?
I'm running a Master Power T-70/.96 rear 720-pri, 1000 sec and my tuner says we should get between 380-400 whp at 15psi.
Perfect7 made 355 on a stock turbo

I went to the dyno tonight with Scott and the crew from Mazsport and put down several pulls.
First of all let me just say to all of the people that said 300hp was not possible with a stock S4 turbo, kiss my a**!!!
355hp
278lb of torque
@14lbs of boost
I will edit the video tonight and hope to have it up tommorow

luiml73 - Not sure on the HP, I have about the same 'not stock' turbo perfect7 has from what i recall, he has a ported block though, but i've got the cosmo block. if I get 350whp I'll be happy for now. running 550 prim and 1500 cc secondaries.
Low Impedance - yep that some of the hard work that was going on, missed out on some BBQ though.....
Thanks for the comments Oh thats Paul's shop, so a BBQ at my house would not be as thrilling.

How about you pop off that compressor housing and take pics and measurements of the compressor wheel.
If there is a neutral third party that lives close by, I will *PAY* for your services to get to the truth behind this story if your turbo is truly legit and you're not running anything funky like hidden NOS or some kinda dry ice or "cold gas" spray on the IC.

Its from Pineappleracing. it don't fit perfect with the alternator, I'll get you some more detailed pics this week, but I can make it work, with the non-turnbuckle setup it will work without any mods, the turnbuckle setup hits on mine... but its still very nice!

I put washers between the turnbuckle and the altenator/and bracket to give it the space needed. Both ends need washers and stainless bolts.
Also paint/coat/plate that turnbuckle, it rusts quick.
And I had to use another size belt then what Blake said to use.(Shorter)
