Practical Horsepower

Hi
This is my first post here, I have been reading the Faq's and some of the
messages, so here goes my first question:

We all know the old adage "if you throw enough money at it you can make it fast"

My question is what is the most Practical Streetable horsepower I can expect to get out of a normally aspirated 84 or 85 13b transplanted into my 85 GS? and what mods would I make to get that horsepower?

I am just getting back into the RX-7 game, I had a 79, when I was in my 20's, and am
41 now, my friends tell me I'm going through a midlife crisis or second child hood.
O well, I'm having fun

I realize this is a general question, and It all depends on how much you have to spend
("your currency here" per horsepower gain). I'm just looking for some ideas.

Yes, welcome Your profile sounds like mine. I'm hoping to get to 200hp+ (flywheel) from my n/a 12a.
Good luck.
