Have you tried replacing the fuse?

Welcome to the forum and the Darkside. In my sig line is a link to the online FSMs, complete with wiring diagrams for troubleshooting. As doc said, start with a fuse check, then check the wiring.

the fsm lists two conditions(mirrors inop and only one side mirror does not work) and three answers for each. your condition indicates that both mirrors aren't working.

remote mirrors do not work:
1. cigar fuse blown
2. faulty switch
3. faulty wiring.

there should be continuity between terminals a-b and c-d. there should NOT be continuity between a-c and b-d.

Check wiring, check connectors, check for ground, check to make sure the motors still work...

Good luck
