it all depends on the porting size really, there is no standard street port

Generally 10% for a decent, but not giant, streetport. The exhaust side has to be optimized first to see the gains, though.

Not enough. You have to do other things to match. I had a street ported motor built for mine, used the racing beat intake, 465 holley carb, mallory fuel pump, thick plug wires, and street ported racing beat full exhaust. It is no faster but it sounds great.

My next step is to do the second gen ignition for the leading and an MSD. I am disappointed. After spending a ton of money my quarter mile time is still the exact same as before. Embarising.

no like I said it all depends, go in the dyno thread and see the results that people have been doing with their SP results. Mine with a not properly tuned holley netted about 150ish to the wheel, will be tackling upgrader intake (ITB's) second gen ignition and a megasquirt to try to get more ponies out of there.

Tuning is everything man. From carb jetting, to timing, fuel pressure, strong ignition; it all plays a role. If you found no gains from a street port (assuming it was ported correctly) then all that means is you still have more work to do before you'll be able to "tap into" that power.

Good luck man..

It didnt improve with the holley? You need it tuned. Mine roared with the holley and i only had it on for a couple of hours. I wired a 6AL to a 2nd gen leading, so if you need any help PM me.
