Power Antenna Relay

I finally got a replacement power antenna to fix the broken on in my car. (well, my wife got it for me for x-mas and gave it to me early)

When I have it all wired up I find I am not getting a power on signal. I think that this is caused by the antenna relay not working. Where is this relay and how to I get to it? I can't find it in the helms manual.

The 1st question I'm asking is . Is it the stock stereo? The 2nd is. Is it a Oem or replacement antenna?

When I switched mine I jsut got a manual one. It still has good reception down though. Oh, its a pain to put a antenna in. It's behind the right taillight(looking at the car from behind).

If I remember correctly(feel free to correct me anyone because this is not my area of expertise), the relay is on the original antenna. And you use a relay to use your aftermarket replacement. But I also know there are 2 types of replacements. 1) A semi-automatic that is activated by a toggle and the Fully automatic that will work with the factory radio.
And if memory serves me the fully automatic has the relay on it and just has to be spliced into the radio harness for power.

been following this: http://www.jimrothe.com/mazda/antenna/

Finally, the "antenna up" signal for the orange wire can be used from the blue wire on the original Mazda antenna wiring harness.

This is the blue wire on the plug in the back right? Not the blue wire on the radio itself.
